Pad Driver for Low Speeds

A replacement 19″ pad driver with universal clutch plate, feed holes, and built in riser. This pad driver fits most 175-600 RPM low speed floor machines. The molded polymer pad has hundreds of hooks that grip into the threads of a floor pad and hold it securely.
