GENERAL USE DIRECTIONS
Dilute Diversey Oxivir Five 16 Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate using the J-Fill QuattroSelect dispenser into a properly labeled bottle or bucket.
- Dilute concentrate at 1:16 ratio.
- Spray surfaces and let solution remain on surface for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- Air dry, wipe surfaces to dry and remove any residue, or rinse with potable water as necessary.
- Prepare a fresh solution if the solution becomes visibly dirty or diluted.
- All food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water.
- Do not use on glassware, utensils, or dishes.
- Dilute concentrate at 1:128 ratio.
- Spray surfaces and let solution remain on surface for 3 minutes.
- Air dry, wipe surfaces to dry and remove any residue, or rinse with potable water as necessary.
- Prepare a fresh solution if the solution becomes visibly dirty or diluted.
- Dilute concentrate at 1:128 or 1:256 ratio.
- Spray surfaces and then air dry, wipe surfaces to dry and remove any residue, or rinse with potable water as necessary.
- Prepare a fresh solution if the solution becomes visibly dirty or diluted.
- All food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water.
- Dilute concentrate at 1:256 ratio.
- Apply solution to the floor.
- Rinsing is required only if floors are coated with finish or restorer.
