GENERAL USE DIRECTIONS

Dilute Diversey Oxivir Five 16 Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate using the J-Fill QuattroSelect dispenser into a properly labeled bottle or bucket.

Disinfection

Dilute concentrate at 1:16 ratio.
Spray surfaces and let solution remain on surface for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Air dry, wipe surfaces to dry and remove any residue, or rinse with potable water as necessary.
Prepare a fresh solution if the solution becomes visibly dirty or diluted.
All food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water.
Do not use on glassware, utensils, or dishes.

Sanitize

Dilute concentrate at 1:128 ratio.
Spray surfaces and let solution remain on surface for 3 minutes.
Air dry, wipe surfaces to dry and remove any residue, or rinse with potable water as necessary.
Prepare a fresh solution if the solution becomes visibly dirty or diluted.

Clean

Dilute concentrate at 1:128 or 1:256 ratio.
Spray surfaces and then air dry, wipe surfaces to dry and remove any residue, or rinse with potable water as necessary.
Prepare a fresh solution if the solution becomes visibly dirty or diluted.
All food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water.
